Delivery & Returns

Shipping within Australia:

All orders are shipped via TNT or Australia Post with tracking and/or drop-off with signature required.  You will be provided with a link to track your package online after dispatch. 

Our shipping fees listed below include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We pack all orders in amply sized boxes and ensure your items are well-protected.

NSW, VIC and QLD Metro  -  $20

NT, SA, TAS, WA, & Far North QLD  -  $40

International shipping:

We ship to most international destinations at a flat rate of $25.00.  This rate is not inclusive of fees such as customs/taxes/duties that may be incurred within your country.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. You must give a street address for delivery – it is best to use an address where someone will be present during business hours.  Carriers will not leave a package unsigned for.  If no-one is available, the driver will leave a card and you will need to pick up your package from the post office as indicated.

Shipping Timeframe:

All orders are packed at our warehouse in Sydney, and are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.  Once shipped, your parcel is in the care of our partners and out of our control. The below time indications have been provided by our partners.

NSW, QLD & VIC - Metropolitan:  Between 1 and 3 days after shipping.

NSW, QLD & VIC - Rural:  Please allow up to 7 days

WA, SA, NT, TAS - Metropolitan: Please allow up to 8 days

WA, SA, NT, TAS - Rural: Please allow up to 14 days

International: Please allow up to 45 days

If you purchase a product from us that you wish to return, you are welcome to do so within 30 days, given the item/s are still unused and in their original packaging. 

Please note you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods, and we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit - so we suggest you take out insurance and receipted delivery.

In the event your item is faulty, this is considered to be a warranty return and will be exchanged and a replacement shipped to you free of charge.  

If you believe the wrong item has been shipped to you, please contact us before sending the item back to us.
