Adapted from US patent application filed in June 1947 for ‘a new, original and ornamental design for a motor bicycle’. Inventor Corradino D’Ascanio was working on behalf of the Piaggio company of Italy and the scooter would be marketed as the ‘Vespa’.
- Printed on a carbon neutral press using sustainably sourced, acid free Italian paper and vegetable based inks.
- Individually wrapped in a recyclable cellophane sleeve, with a 120gsm recycled kraft envelope.
