Colour Scale Card
Music greeting card depicting the colour spectrum in relation to a tonal scale. Printed in England on an uncoated, light cream 300gsm Italian paper, which is recyclable, biodegradable and FSC certified.
Adapted from Colour-Music, the Art of Mobile Colour, A Wallace Rimington (1912). Artist and Professor of Fine Arts at Queen’s College, London, Rimington developed an organ that could project colours in harmony with music. The book describes his ‘colour-music’ theory and how the instrument works.
170mm x 120mm (approx. 5” x 7”) and blank inside, individually wrapped in a compostable wrapper made from plants, with a 100% recycled, 110gsm kraft envelope.
